Kind in een pak

Wat worden kleine kinderen dan groot. Keyon wilde al een hele poos een net pak hebben. Dit omdat er wel eens feestjes worden gegeven en er dan gezegd word dat hij erg netjes moet komen. Nu had hij voor een scouting kamp ook gala nodig, dus zijn we naar de we gegaan om een net pak te kopen. Wouw, wat is dat gaaf om je zoon dan ineens in zo een pak te zien. Mooi bordeaux kleurig pak met een zwart overhemd. Nu was oma daar ook bij, en heeft zijn pak betaald. Vandaar dit kaartje.

Kid in a suit

How small children grow up. Keyon had wanted a nice suit for a long time. This is because parties are sometimes given and it is then said that he must come very neatly. Now he also needed gala for a scouting camp, so we went to the WE to buy a nice suit. Wow, how cool is it to suddenly see your son in such a suit. Beautiful burgundy colored suit with a black shirt. Now grandma was there too, and has paid for his suit. This is her thank you card.

Lui zijn kan ook goed zijn

Vandaag is mijn schoonvader jarig. En voor die gelegenheid heb ik een wijnkaart gemaakt. Twee zelfs, want een poosje terug had Keyon gevraagd of ik een kaart voor een vriendin wilde maken. Zij wilde wel een wijnkaart. Dus gewapend met de Label Charm Pop-up (1209) en de Wine Charms (1073) ben ik aan de slag gegaan. Misschien weten jullie het nog niet, maar ik ben erg lui en bedenk dan manieren om iets sneller en efficiënter te doen. Zo ook met het uitdraaien van de druiven. Ik heb veel druiven nodig, die heb ik maar 1 keer en embossen is ook nodig. Maar om iedere keer te embossen en dan uit te snijden werd me te veel. Ik heb dus een zakdoekje uit een pakje gehaald. Deze heb ik eerst neergelegd, daarna een stukje papier en toen de die. Dan door de Big Shot gehaald en dit dat een geweldig effect. Zo heb ik alle druiven in de helft van de tijd er doorheen gedraaid. De wijnflessen zijn van vellem die ik aan de achterkant heb gekleurd met groen (old olive van Stampin'Up!). Om het af te maken een Happy Birthday erop. Deze komt uit de Word Set 2: Birthday Die Set (1003). Deze past perfect op de label.

Sometime lazy is good 

Today is my father-in-law's birthday. And for that occasion I made a wine card. Two in fact, because a while ago Keyon had asked me to make a card for a friend. She wanted a wine card. So armed with the Label Charm Pop-up (1209) and the Wine Charms (1073) I got to work. Maybe you don't know it yet, but I'm very lazy and then think of ways to do something faster and more efficiently. The same goes for cutting out the grapes. I need a lot of grapes, I only have them one die and embossing is also necessary. But to emboss every time and then cut it out became too much for me. So I took a handkerchief out of a package. I put this one down first, then a piece of paper and then the die. Then passed through the Big Shot and this had a great effect. This way I turned all the grapes through in half the time. The wine bottles are vellem which I colored on the back with green (old olive from Stampin' Up!). To top it off a Happy Birthday on it. This one is from the Word Set 2: Birthday Die Set (1003). This fits the label perfectly.

Een heleboel bloemen

Vandaag twee kaarten op mijn blog. Er zijn wat verschillen, maar het idee is hetzelfde. Een hoop bloemen. Als basis heb ik de Cupcake pop-up (1008) gebruikt. Voor de bloemen heb ik de bloemen uit de Flowerpot pop-up (1010), Flower and Bee (1026) en de daisy van Upsy Daisy pop-up (1047). En ik heb de Bam Box pop-up (1222) gebruikt om een mand met bloemen voor alles meer te zetten. Op de voorkant de Happy Birthday (1030) en de shadow (1179).

A lot of flowers

Two cards on my blog today. There are some differences, but the idea is the same. A bunch of flowers. As a base I used the Cupcake pop-up (1008). For the flowers I have the flowers from the Flowerpot pop-up (1010), Flower and Bee (1026) and the daisy from Upsy Daisy pop-up (1047). And I used the Bam Box pop-up (1222) to put a basket of flowers in front of everything else. On the front the Happy Birthday (1030) and the shadow (1179).

Visjes over

Vandaag een kaart met de overschot aan visjes. Een nieuwe onderwaterwereld. Ik heb de schatkist als middelpunt gebruikt en daar de onderwaterdieren omheen gezet. Ik vind de verschillende knal kleuren erg leuk uitkomen. Ook bij deze kaart het ik de tekst in een boog opgeplakt.

Leftover fish

Today a card with the surplus of fish. A new underwater world. I used the treasure chest as the centerpiece and placed the underwater creatures around it. I really like the different bright colors. I also stuck the text in a bow on this card.

Vissen liefhebber

Deze kaart is naar mijn nicht gegaan. Haar hobby is aquariums maken. De omgeving voor vissen dan. Ze bouwt een omgeving met stenen en waterplantjes. Ik heb geprobeerd om ook een omgeving te bouwen voor deze leuke visjes. Om de tekst "birthday" te laten passen moest ik hem in een boogje plakken. Gelukkig is het een soepel stukje tekst die makkelijk in een boogje te plakken is.

Fish lover

This card went to my niece. Her hobby is making aquariums. The environment for fish then. She builds an environment with stones and water plants. I also tried to build an environment for these nice fish. To make the text "birthday" fit I had to stick it in a bow. Fortunately, it is a flexible piece of text that is easy to paste in a curve.

Scan N cut

Vandaag een kaart die ik heb gemaakt met mijn scan N cut. Ik had weer een bier kaart nodig en het was alweer een poosje geleden dat ik deze kaart had gemaakt. Wel heb ik de Happy Birtday (1030) en Happy Birthday shadow (1179) van Karen Burniston gebruikt. Weer een jongen blij gemaakt met een leuke bierkaart.

Scan N cut

Today a card I made with my scan N cut. I needed another beer card and it had been a while since I made this card. I did use the Happy Birtday (1030) and Happy Birthday shadow (1179) from Karen Burniston. Made another boy happy with a nice beer card.

Challenge kaart 67 - Thema Vakantie

Vandaag een kaart die ik moest maken met het thema vakantie. Ik heb er voor gekozen om met mijn kaart naar Norwegen te gaan. Ik vind de gekleurde huisje in Bergen erg schattig. De pivot panel met de huisjes was ideaal om te gebruiken. Mijn vakantie bestaat uit veel rond reizen. Ons gezin vind het leuk om cultuur en natuur te snuiven. Het is dus makkelijk om met de auto een land door te rijden.

Today a card I had to make with the theme vacation. I chose to go to Norway with my card. I think the colored house in Bergen are very cute. The pivot panel with the houses was ideal to use. My vacation consists of a lot of traveling around. Our family likes to sniff culture and nature. It is therefore easy to drive across a country by car.
