Kaas kaart

Wat moet je doen als je denk een mooie cadeau te hebben besteld en je krijgt hem per e-mail. Dan kun je hem uitprinten. Nou, dan vraag je aan mij of ik er wat van kan maken. 

Het ging om een cadeaubon voor een workshop "je eigen kaas maken".  Dus voor mijn basis heb ik geel gebruikt met de Paper Frames Pop-up (1122). Als achtergrond zie je de Whimsy stamps de Swiss dots. En voor de rest heb ik het versiert met de muizen van Marianne Design. De kleine kaasjes komen uit de Christmas decorations van de muizen serie. De cadeaubon heb ik wat kleiner uitgeprint en in een klein envelopje gestopt.

Cheese card

What should you do if you think you have ordered a nice giftcard and you receive it by email. Then you can print it out. Well, then you ask me if I can make something out of it. 

It was a gift voucher for a workshop "making your own cheese".  So for my base I used yellow with the Paper Frames Pop-up (1122). As a background you see the Whimsy stamps the Swiss dots. And for the rest I decorated it with the mice from Marianne Design. The small cheeses come from the Christmas decorations of the mice series. I printed the gift voucher a bit smaller and put it in a small envelope.

Mijn moeder is vandaag jarig!

Hieper-de-piep HOERA!! Mijn moeder is vandaag 77 jaar. En voor haar verjaardag heb ik een kaart gemaakt. Ik blijf de grote label uit de Topper Tags (1253), geweldig vinden. Omdat ik de kaart ook heb gemaakt voor een tijdschrift, heb ik vrolijke kleurtjes gebruikt. Ik heb de Cut & Crafty papier van Doodlebug gebruikt.

Today is my mother's birthday!

Hip-the-beep HOORAY!! My mother is 77 years old today. And for her birthday I made a card. I continue to love the large tag from the Topper Tags (1253). Because I also made the card for a magazine, I used cheerful colors. I have the Cut & Used Crafty paper from Doodlebug.

Weer een geboortekaartje

Vandaag een geboortekaartje voor Hidde. Dit was een opdracht van mijn man, dus ik ben helemaal los gegaan. Ik heb 7 x de Fancy Label Accordion (1043) uitgedraaid. Zo past de naam Hidde er goed op. Ik heb de grote letters gebruikt van Stampin'Up! Om hem wat speelser te krijgen heb ik een heleboel leeuwtjes (Monkey and Lion 1187) gemaakt. Een aantal leeuwtjes heb ik een nummer (Numbers 1031) gegeven in hun pootjes. Dat is de geboortedatum van Hidde. De kaart heb ik versiert met wat slingertjes. Die komen uit de Cupcake Add-ons (1241). Om hem af te maken heb ik de tekst "Welcome" (1155) voor op de kaart geplakt.

 

Another birth announcement

Today a birth announcement for Hidde. This was an assignment from my husband, so I went all out. I have used the Fancy Label Accordion (1043) 7 times. So the name Hidde fits well. I used the large letters from Stampin' Up! To make him a bit more playful, I made a lot of lions (Monkey and Lion 1187). I gave a number of lions a number (Numbers 1031) in their paws. That is Hidde's date of birth. I decorated the card with some streamers. These come from the Cupcake Add-ons (1241). To finish it off, I added the text "Welcome" (1155) to the front of the card.

Wijnkaart

Vandaag een leuke wijnkaart. Een vriendin van Keyon is 18 geworden en ik kreeg de opdracht om een leuke kaart te maken. Normaal zijn het 18 jarige jongens en word het een bierkaart, dus dit was een leuke afwisseling. De nieuwe grote labels zijn echt gaaf, Nu heb ik meer ruimte om de kaart te versieren zonder dat het buiten de kaart word.

Wine card

Today a nice wine card. A friend of Keyon's turned 18 and I was commissioned to make a nice card. Normally they are 18 year old boys and it will be a beer card, so this was a nice change. The new large labels are really cool, now I have more room to decorate the card without it becoming outside the card. What did I use:

Soms vind ik er nog eentje

Een kaartje die ik nog niet op mijn blog heb gezet. Nou dit is zo een kaartje. Deze is nog van mei vorig jaar. Vorig jaar heb ik toch ook geprobeerd om kaarten te maken die ik zelf erg leuk vind. Voor deze kaart heb ik eerst een mooi papiertje uitgekozen. Daarna de Flower Pivot Panels (1160). Ik hou heel erg van bloemen. Omdat mijn moeder de kaart ging geven heb ik gezegd "kies een dier". Zij kwam met een stokstaartje. Marianne Design heeft hele leuke dieren, ook stokstaartjes. Het is natuurlijk leuk om de diertjes iets vast te laten houden. Ik heb nog grote cijfers van Stampin'Up! erbij gepakt. Op de voorkant de Happy Birthday (1030) en de Happy Birthday Shadow (1179). Het feestelijke randje is van Border Blends - Party (1091).

Sometimes I still find one

A card that I haven't put on my blog yet. Well this is one of those cards. This is from May last year. Last year I also tried to make cards that I really like. I first selected a nice piece of paper for this card. Then the Flower Pivot Panels (1160). I love flowers very much. Because my mother was going to give the card, I said "choose an animal". She came with a meerkat. Marianne Design has very nice animals, including meerkats. It is of course nice to have the animals hold something. I still have large numbers from Stampin' Up!. On the front the Happy Birthday (1030) and the Happy Birthday Shadow (1179). The festive edge is from Border Blends - Party (1091).

Mira 16 jaar!!!

Vandaag is er een jong dame jarig. Ze heet Mira en vroeger kwam ze op woensdag altijd hier lunchen. Ze is vandaag 16 jaar geworden. Sweet 16!! Vandaar deze speciale kaart. Er is momenteel een verbouwing gaande, dus het zal niet zo een uitbundige worden, dus mensen, als jullie deze jong dame willen feliciteren, dan kan dat. 

Mira, van harte gefeliciteerd met je verjaardag en maak er een leuke dag van.

Nu iets over de kaart. Mira houd van lieveheersbeestjes dus ik ben met een zwarte basis begonnen.

De basis is de Fancy Label Accordion (1043). De randen heb ik versierd met de Fancy Winter Frames (1145) in het rood. In het midden van de kaart zit de Birthday Candle Add-ons (1258). Ineens kwam ik er achter dat ze 16 werd, dus ben ik de 'sweet' weg ingeslagen. Nu hou ik van cupcakejes, dus tada!! Cupcake Add-ons (1241) hebben leuke cupcakjes en slingertjes. Voor de voorkant heb ik de You're Sweet (1087) gebruikt en de Numbers (1031). In het midden op de kaarsjes heb ik Happy Birthday geplakt (Word Set 2: Birthday Die Set (1003)).

Mira sweet 16

Today is a young lady's birthday. Her name is Mira and she used to always come here for lunch on Wednesdays. She turned 16 today. Sweet 16!! So I made her this special card. There is currently a renovation going on, so it won't be such an exuberant one, so folks, if you want to congratulate this young lady, you can. 

Mira, Happy birthday and have a great day.

Now something about the card. Mira likes ladybugs so I started with a black base.

The base is the Fancy Label Accordion (1043). I decorated the edges with the Fancy Winter Frames (1145) in red. In the center of the card is the Birthday Candle Add-ons (1258). Suddenly I found out that she was turning 16, so I took the 'sweet' route. Now I love cupcakes, so tada!! Cupcake Add-ons (1241) have nice cupcakes and streamers. For the front I used the You're Sweet (1087) and the Numbers (1031). I glued Happy Birthday (Word Set 2: Birthday Die Set (1003)) in the middle of the candles.

Knutselen met Fenna

Ik heb vorige week een logeetje. Fenna en ik hadden wat zaken om af te stemmen. Fenna zit in groep 8 en zal dus afscheid nemen van de basisschool. Daar is het een traditie dat ze elkaar iets geven. Dus we hebben een mooie kaart ontworpen en gemaakt. Deze zal pas ergens in juni op mijn blog komen. Omdat we wat tijd over hadden, heb ik haar laten zien wat je met hot foil kan doen. Uit het voordoen kwamen een aantal vellen papier met een mooie print erop. Dus deze kaart hebben we daarmee gemaakt.

Crafting with Fenna

I have a guest last week. Fenna and I had some things to coordinate. Fenna is in group 8 and will therefore say goodbye to primary school. It is a tradition there that they give each other something. So we designed and made a beautiful card. This won't appear on my blog until sometime in June. Because we had some time left, I showed her what you can do with hot foil. The demonstration resulted in a number of sheets of paper with a beautiful print on them. So we made this card with that.

Designer challenge 77, Raise it up!

Allereerst de beste wensen voor 2024! Ik wens iedereen een creatief jaar toe.

Mijn kaart voor vandaag is een kaart voor een meisje die heel stoer haar zwemdiploma B heeft gehaald. Ze gaat door voor haar C-diploma. Hoe stoer is dat!

Ik ben begonnen met de Raising Platform Pop-up (1254). Ik heb de B uitgesneden. Dus in plaats van een platform heb ik de B gebruikt.

Designer challenge 77, Raise it up!

First of all, best wishes for 2024! I wish everyone a creative year.

My card for today is a card for a girl who very bravely obtained her swimming diploma B. She continues for her C diploma. How cool is that!

I started with the Raising Platform Pop-up (1254). I cut out the B. So instead of a platform I used the B. Here's a list of what else I've used:
