Dag 6 van de sneak peeks staat helemaal in het teken van eten. En wat is er nu lekkerder dan een bord spaghetti? Mijn zoon van bijna 20 staat tegenwoordig regelmatig in de keuken en een goede pasta maakt hij met gemak. Daar geniet ik natuurlijk graag van!
Het onderwerp was dus snel gekozen, maar daarna moest ik nog bedenken welke kaartvorm het zou worden. Door alle cirkels kwam ik uit bij de Circle Tag Book Pop-Up (1081). Die had ik al een hele tijd niet meer gebruikt, dus dat was een leuke keuze. Ik heb nog wel even getwijfeld over de kleur van het bord. Uiteindelijk heb ik die bewust vrij neutraal gehouden, zodat de rest van de kaart mooi opvalt.
Voor de aankleding heb ik de blaadjes uit de Little Bench Pop-Up (1341) gecombineerd met de druiven uit de Wine Charms (1073). Natuurlijk mocht de heerlijke pasta uit de nieuwe Mealtime Elements (1338) niet ontbreken. Ook heb ik een paar teksten uit de nieuwe stempelset gebruikt, die perfect bij dit thema passen.

Day 6 of the sneak peeks is all about food. And what could be better than a plate of spaghetti? My almost 20-year-old son has been cooking quite regularly lately, and he makes a really good pasta. I certainly don't mind that!
The theme was easy to choose, but then I had to decide on the card design. All the circles reminded me of the Circle Tag Book Pop-Up (1081), a die I hadn't used in quite a while. It was fun to bring it back. I did spend some time deciding on the color of the plate, but in the end I kept it fairly neutral so the rest of the design would stand out.
To decorate the card, I used the leaves from the Little Bench Pop-Up (1341) together with the grapes from the Wine Charms (1073). Of course, the delicious pasta from the new Mealtime Elements (1338) had to be the star of the card. I also added a few sentiments from the new stamp set, which fit this theme perfectly.
